I have spent my career working with education leaders, designing systems and implementing processes that align resources with student improvement goals. I have coached executive teams on evidence-based continuous improvement, strategic resource allocation, and outcomes-based contracting.

Before starting my consulting practice in 2025, I launched the Education Agency Practice at Project Evident. I also led Proving Ground at Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research, guiding strategy and services to support districts in using evidence for better implementation and decision-making—improving student attendance, launching the Stay-in-the-Game campaign, and founding the National Center for Rural Education Research Networks.

Previously, as Deputy CFO for the School District of Philadelphia, I managed the district's central office and school-budgeting processes, helping the district turn a $300M shortfall to $90M surplus.  At Philadelphia, I was part of a leadership team that managed the district’s strategic plan, multi-year financial model, and major initiatives like school closures.

A graduate of Kenyon College and Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School, I also held roles with the Data Quality Campaign, EducationCounsel LLC, and the State of Illinois.
